End User License Agreement (EULA)

Effective Date: May 28, 2026

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal contract between you ("User" or "you") and Oryen Infotech ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). This Agreement governs your downloading, installation, and usage of the Smart Time Flow mobile application (the "Application").

BY DOWNLOADING, INSTALLING, OR USING THE APPLICATION, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, DO NOT DOWNLOAD, INSTALL, OR USE THE APPLICATION.

1. License Grant and Scope

Subject to your total compliance with this agreement, Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to download, install, and use the Application for personal, non-commercial use on a single mobile device owned or controlled by you.

2. Operational and Security Restrictions

You shall not:

  • Decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or decode any part of the Application's source code or underlying frameworks.

  • Rent, lease, lend, sell, sublicense, redistribute, or publicly host the Application file structure.

  • Interfere with Monetization: Implement proxy tools, modify application code, or deploy ad-blocking utilities specifically intended to interrupt, suppress, or modify advertisements served by Google AdMob or its mediation partners (AppLovin, Meta, Unity Ads, ironSource).

  • Interfere with Telemetry: Intercept or block diagnostic logging endpoints belonging to Google Firebase Analytics or Firebase Crashlytics.

3. Integrated Third-Party Monetization & Analytics

The Application utilizes external utility SDKs to support its free accessibility model:

  • Ad Support: The Application utilizes multi-network mediation (AdMob, AppLovin, Meta, Unity Ads, ironSource) to dynamically render banners, interstitials, and other ad formats. Any intentional disruption of these ad pipelines constitutes a material breach of this contract and results in immediate termination of your user license.

  • Telemetry Stack: The Application incorporates Google Firebase engines for tracking app performance and stability diagnostics. By using the app, you acknowledge that performance data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Limited Liability & Warranty Disclaimer

THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITH ALL FAULTS AND DEFECTS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT ALLOWED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE COMPANY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES.

The Company makes no guarantees that the Application's core features—including background timers, alarm notifications, streak trackers, or analytics metrics—will operate uninterruptedly across all hardware types, custom operating system flavors, background battery saver restrictions, or manufacturer-specific memory cleaners.

5. Termination

This Agreement remains active until terminated by either party. You may terminate it by deleting all local instances of the Application. The Company reserves the right to terminate this license instantly without prior notification if you breach any core restrictions outlined within this framework.

6. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of India and the state of Gujarat, without regard to choice of law or conflict of law frameworks.
