A. Information Collected Directly By Us

We do not collect, store, or transmit any personally identifiable information (PII) such as your name, email address, phone number, or physical address to any external servers. The App operates entirely locally on your device.

B. Information Collected Automatically via Third Parties (Google AdMob)

The App uses Google AdMob to display banner and interstitial advertisements. AdMob automatically collects certain information to provide targeted advertising and measure ad performance. This data may include:

  • Device Information: Device make, model, operating system, and IP address.

  • Advertising Identifiers: Google Advertising ID (AAID) or similar device identifiers used for ad personalization.

  • Usage Data: Information regarding your interactions with the ads displayed within the App.

2. Device Permissions and Local Data Storage

To function correctly, the App requests specific device permissions and stores data locally. We strictly use these for core app functionality:

  • Notifications (Android 13+): Used exclusively to send you alerts when your Pomodoro focus sessions or breaks are complete.

  • Exact Alarms (Android 12+): Used to ensure your timers fire accurately in the background, even when the device is idle or the screen is locked.

  • Local Storage (SharedPreferences): We save your app preferences (such as Dark Mode settings, sound toggles, and current timer progress) directly to your device's local storage. We do not have access to this data.

3. Third-Party Services and Advertising

We use Google AdMob to monetize our App. Google AdMob may use cookies, web beacons, and other tracking technologies to collect information about your usage of the App and other apps/websites across the internet to provide personalized ads.

Opting Out of Personalized Ads

You can opt out of personalized advertising by adjusting your device settings:

4. Data Security and Retention

Because Smart Time Flow does not transmit your personal data or timer history to external servers, your data is as secure as the device you use.

  • Data Deletion: You can delete all data collected and stored by the App at any time by simply uninstalling the App or clearing the App's data in your device settings.

5. Children’s Privacy

Smart Time Flow is a general audience application and does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age in your country). Furthermore, we ensure that ad requests served to users known to be children comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR-K) via Google AdMob's standard compliance settings.

6. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this policy. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
