Terms and Conditions for Smart Time Flow

Welcome to Smart Time Flow! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Smart Time Flow mobile application (the "App"), developed and provided by Oryen Infotech ("we," "us," or "our").

By installing, downloading, or accessing the App, you verify your absolute agreement to these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, do not utilize the App.

1. License Restrictions & Proper Use

We grant you a personal, worldwide, royalty-free, non-assignable, non-exclusive, revocable, and non-commercial license to use the software package. You agree to use the App solely for its intended purpose as a productivity tool.

Any unauthorized reverse engineering, illegal redistribution, automated scraping, or attempts to circumvent the App's built-in monetization systems, ad integrations, or analytics layers will result in the immediate revocation of your access rights.

2. Third-Party Ecosystem Disclosures

Smart Time Flow operates as a free application funded through third-party advertising mediation and supported by stability tracking toolsets.

  • Ad Mediation: We utilize Google AdMob along with secondary programmatic mediation networks, specifically AppLovin, Meta Audience Network, Unity Ads, and ironSource, to display ad creative within our layout. We do not inspect, guarantee, or endorse the products, services, or websites marketed within these third-party ads. Your interaction with any ad unit is governed by the respective terms of that specific network provider.

  • Analytics Systems: We utilize Google Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics to monitor technical health and compute performance metrics. By utilizing the software, you acknowledge that your behavioral trends and crash signatures are analyzed using these secure third-party pipelines.

3. Application Limitations & Device Environment Variables

Smart Time Flow interacts directly with your local hardware ecosystem to track habits, calculate scores, and sound alarms.

  • Timer Accountability: While we strive to maintain complete timing accuracy for our Pomodoro engine and gamified virtual garden, system-level interruptions—such as device battery optimization presets, manufacturer memory cleaning sweeps, or active "Do Not Disturb" profiles—can delay background push alerts.

  • Productivity Lab Metrics: The data provided within the Productivity Lab dashboard (including your calculated Flow Score Index and Peak Window ratings) serves purely as an estimate to assist your workflow tracking. It should not be used for critical applications where absolute timing accuracy is safety-critical.

4. Intellectual Property

All design systems, UI components, code configurations, source assets, branding marks, and icon sets featured inside Smart Time Flow remain the exclusive intellectual property of Oryen Infotech. These Terms grant you no promotional rights over our brand names, trademarks, or trade names.

5. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY APPLICABLE JURISDICTIONAL LAWS, IN NO EVENT SHALL ORYEN INFOTECH, ITS DEVELOPERS, EMPLOYEES, OR AFFILIATED PARTNERS BE LIABLE FOR CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE LOSSES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DATA ERASURE, HARDWARE DAMAGE, PROFIT LOSSES, SYSTEM OUTAGES, OR REVENUE DAMAGE ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APPLICATION, MEDIATION PARTNERS, OR CORE TELEMETRY PACKAGES.

6. Adjustments to Terms

We reserve the right to revise these Terms at any time. When modifications occur, we will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this document. Your continued use of the app after an update serves as your official agreement to the updated Terms.
