Terms and Conditions for Smart Time Flow

Welcome to Smart Time Flow! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Smart Time Flow mobile application (the "App"), developed and provided by Oryen Infotech ("we," "us," or "our").

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. License to Use the App

We grant you a personal, worldwide, royalty-free, non-assignable, non-exclusive, revocable, and non-commercial license to use the App on your mobile device strictly in accordance with these Terms.

You agree NOT to:

  • Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.

  • Rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the App.

  • Use the App in any unlawful manner, for any unlawful purpose, or in any manner inconsistent with these Terms.

  • Attempt to block, disable, or otherwise interfere with the advertising features integrated into the App.

2. Third-Party Services and Advertising

Smart Time Flow is a free application supported by advertising. We use third-party services, specifically Google AdMob, to display banner, interstitial, and other formats of advertisements within the App.

  • Ad Content: We do not endorse the products, services, or websites advertised in the App. Your interactions with any third-party advertisers, including the delivery of and payment for goods and services, and any other terms, conditions, warranties, or representations associated with such dealings, are solely between you and the advertiser.

  • External Links: Advertisements may contain links to third-party websites or applications. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.

3. App Functionality and Device Settings

Smart Time Flow relies on your device’s operating system to function correctly.

  • Timers and Alarms: While we strive to provide accurate timer and notification experiences, device-specific battery optimization, "Do Not Disturb" modes, or operating system restrictions may occasionally delay or prevent alarms and notifications from triggering.

  • No Guarantee: We do not guarantee that the App will function uninterrupted, perfectly accurately, or error-free at all times. The App is provided as a productivity tool, and you should not rely on it for critical timing where failure could lead to injury, financial loss, or property damage.

4. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the App, including but not limited to design, text, graphics, logos, user interfaces, code, and software, are the exclusive property of Oryen Infotech or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights to use our trademarks, logos, or brand names.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. You may terminate these Terms at any time by uninstalling the App and destroying all copies of the App in your possession.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. ORYEN INFOTECH EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL ORYEN INFOTECH, ITS DEVELOPERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (I) YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP; (II) ANY THIRD-PARTY ADS OR CONTENT WITHIN THE APP; OR (III) ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR DATA.

8. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this document. Your continued use of the App after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

9. Governing Law
